Nguyen Quoc Dung (b.1983, Dak Lak, Vietnam) lives and works in Ho Chi Minh city. Dung has a Bachelor in Graphic Design from Ton Đuc Thang University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts University.

Dung is currently investigating the lives of migrant workers and other peripheral communities in Ho Chi Minh city. His conversations with them are palettes from which he paints how rapid urbanisation and global integration result in the population’s indifference or disregard of these communities.
