Nguyen Trinh Thi

NGUYEN Trinh Thi (b. 1973, Hanoi) received her MA in Journalism from the University of Iowa in 1999, and her Master of International Pacific Studies from the University of California, San Diego in 2005. Her moving image work—including documentary and experimental films, single-channels and video installations—consistently engage with memory and history, and reflect on the roles and positions of art and artists in society and the environment.
