This will be an artist talk as performative interview. It will involve Phan Thao Nguyen and Ngoc Nau interrogating each other regarding subjects, materials, process and methodologies concerning each of their artwork production over the last 6 months as residents of ‘San Art Laboratory’. Nguyen Hong Ngoc (Nau)

Nguyen Hong Ngoc (Nau) (b. 1989, Vietnam) graduated from Vietnam University of Fine Arts in Hanoi with a degree in Vietnamese art history and theory. Ngoc Nau has experimented with different forms of art, including painting, installation, performance and photography. For Ngoc Nau, these various media are the means to adjust and reconstruct her perspective in the contemporary social issues currently facing Vietnamese society.
