Maix Mayer works as a media- and conceptual artist in Leipzig, Germany. After earning a diploma in Marine Ecology at the University of Rostock, he also finished his studies at the Academy of Visual Arts Leipzig with a diploma in Fine Arts. At the University of the Arts in Poznan, Faculty of New Media, he successfully completed his PhD in the relationship between media and urbanism.
